easy, fella! it's by Jim Caliafore, and it's one of Wizard Magazine's many "Last Man Standing" features. each issue they'd have a dream face-off, most of which weren't all that, but I remember a couple of cracking good efforts like Deadpool vs Boba Fett, Snake-Eyes vs Batman, & Buffy vs Vampirella!
